Time of Dust

2006, 16mm film installation. furniture, mirror, projector.

A short 16mm film strap of a pendulum clockwork, beginning and end mounted together to an endless loop, 
is being projected through a mirror onto the wall. The projected movement of the pendulum translates the progressing of time while the projected time is frozen, shows a standstill, which is incorporated through the furniture, as originating from the past.
